Further Background experiments...

I used the same technique as before on this image to create a background. This photo was take at the mouth of a network of caves in South wales around 50 miles away from the studio.
Again, I converted the image to black and white and turned the opacity down to mute the colours somewhat.
I think that there is perhaps a little too much detail in this image, which may distract the viewers eye from the action in the scene. The next step will be to add in the character with some simple animations to see if this is the case.

  6. You may have covered this in another post, but are you using the intuos4? I have an old Bamboo i have been using with a triple screen setup, it is only 4x6 and set to cap one screen. I have been looking at the 4 line and would like some real world feedback!

  7. At the moment I'm using an Intuos 3 at the animation studio at University. I'm too poor at the moment to afford my own tablet :(
